Participants Address Data

All participants will be added by Joomla-Websites.eu into the address data bank of the website at the beginning. Afterwards every participant can alter his address data and can upload a passport foto.

All participants are shown in a map by automatically done geocoding of their address data (after registration this occurs immediately). By this the geographic distribution of all participants is shown in a vivid way. See the demo for this powerful feature.

Private Messaging

For private communication between individual participants an easy to handle messaging system is build in. The participants can choose whether they want to get an e-mail notice if new messages arrive.

Discussion Room

Unlimited discussion rooms are available for information exchange for various topics. The website comes with a main discussion room for general questions, a consortium agreement discussion room and one discussion room for every work package. Joomla-websites.eu can adjust the access of participants to the different discussion rooms regarding to your needs and will be responsible during the webmaster service period (3 years) for further alterations.

Discussion Room Members

With the discussion room member list  you can see who is member of this disussion room and whether he is online for instant communication.

Discussion Room Bulletins

Every Member of this discussion room can write bulletins. The great advantage of this feature is the immediate notification of all discussion room members after saving (e-mail list function). By this all members can be informed easily about important news and all bulletins are stored at one place for easy finding information later on.

Discussion Room Forum

For comprehensive information exchange every discussion room has a forum with extended features. "Sticky" topics are listed under "spotlights", documents and graphics can be attached to messages and threads can be build with messages from different participants (flat / thread view available).

Discussion Room Message (View)

Every message shows comprehensive data: the message text, author, time of adding, a link to author's address (PROFILE), a direkt link for writing a private message (PM) to the author and author's online status. Participants can subscribe / unsubscribe to messages and handle favorites. Answers can be made by reply, quick reply (direct typing in) and as a quote.

Discussion Room Message (Write/Answer)

Not much words have to be made here: the message screen is standard, you can insert smilies, use some styles and add documents and graphics. A reliable and well proven message client.
