Presentation
Your EU project will be presented to the public with a summary page and one further subpage per work package (up to 15 pages are included in the price). The members are administered in an easy to handle data base, and their respective addresses are automatically displayed on a map (Geocoding, see Demo. Consequently, this leads to a clear presentation of how the participation is spread in Europe respectively world-wide. Due to the automatic indexing, by Google for example, your EU project is easy to find for others. Communication
The project members have access to a comprehensive internal area, in which they can communicate with each other. The main emphasis is directed at easy handling and functionality, which excludes the necessity of laborious familiarisation with complex tools. For further information, just have a look at our example sceenshots of the internal project members’ area. Upon request, we will also gladly provide you with a test account for our online demonstration sites. Please just ask!
Private Messages
For the purpose of communication between the individual project participants, a private messaging system has been integrated.
Discussion PlatformS
Discussion platforms are both available with access for all project partners or limited to the participants of the individual work packages (General, Consortial Agreement, Work Packages 1-15). The selected participants are enabled to exchange information, e.g. work protocols or new conceptions, and to easily distribute announcements amongst all participants per e-mail (similar to a mailing list).
Consequently, all information can easily be traced and retrieved by all members at one location.
Event Calendar with Registration Procedures
As we are aware of the fact that time is a scarce resource for EU Project Coordinators, we have integrated an event calendar that also comprises an automatic registration procedure. Just enter the date of the next meeting of your EU project and all members that are able to attend will be displayed (it is also possible to enter alternative dates to evaluate the date that suits the most members, Demo.
News-Feed Manager
Here, Joomla-Websites.eu will establish a newsfeed service according to your wishes. This provides you with the uncomplicated opportunity to display current third party information on the website that refers to the same specialist field as your EU project (presented in the public area, Demo. |

Edit Your Website Online!
The website package contains the Content Management System Joomla, which enables you to edit your website online with an editor similar to Microsoft Word. The system has been optimised by us, is uncomplicated to handle, and can easily be extended according to any requirements you should have. |

As the application is intended for international use, this website package will accordingly be established in the standard language English. |

Design & Setup Service
We will design an own logo for your EU project (including 3 design proposals submitted by us), insert the logos of the project partners, and replace the graphics of the selected template according to your wishes. The result will be a website custom-tailored to your individual preferences.
For the setup service, which comprises a volume of up to 25 pages, just upload all your text documents and graphics and leave the rest to us. We will transform it to a well defined and professional website. It is also possible to integrate videos or other rich media respectively interactive technologies (Demo). |

The website package „EU-Project” represents an all inclusive worry-free package comprising 1 GB webspace, unlimited traffic and all standard features. A term of five years is included and can be easily extended. If you prefer your own dedicated server or another hosting location, you can transfer your website without any problem at any time. |
